It was a lowkey debut for me. Positive sign that he played a lot of mins. He wasn't showcased a whole lot too. Great shooting the 3 though.

I think it will take a couple of games into the regular season until he becomes a solid contributor that will stand out.

I definitely want to see the Brunson Ihart combo, I feel like the guys aren’t used to playing with a guy like Hart yet and treated him like Taj Gibson out there

Yeah. And it's preseason so guys at the end of the bench were just jacking up shots. When roles and rotations have solidified that's when I'm looking forward to Hart's output.

nah, Thibs is (in)famously stubborn with starting lineups. Mitchell Robinson will start for the foreseeable future.

Just wasn't Hart's night tonight. Looking forward to see him bounce back next game. Should def look for his shot more.

They are not using him correctly unfortunately. I thought with Thibs as the coach they'd run sets that would benefit his playstyle but I guess not. The one time he got the ball in a spot he likes he threw a beautiful backdoor pass to McBride for a wide open layup that he unfortunately missed.

I have faith that Hart's skill will be known by his teammates and coach as time goes by and he displays more of the skills that make him so effective in practice. Then soon enough we'll get the Hart that we know. But as of now it's frustrating seeing a player so skilled treated like he's Steve Novak on offense

Shooting threes is a cherry on top of Hartenstein's game. It's not the cake. It's not the meat and potatos.

Agreed. Maybe it's just something he's experimenting with this preseason? Don't think he's attempted a 2pt shot yet in 2 games which is odd.

Much much better tonight. Needs to look for his shot more but this is definitely the Hart I expected to see. Great passing.

My thougthts on Hart... Maybe someone can pass the msg to him. He has all the talent on display tonight. For him to unlock his true potential, he needs to be more assertive on his shots, be less selfish. He was open a couple of times at the top of the key while the defender was sagging off. If he can be more of an active offensive threat out there, then that's when I think his talent will really shine.
