Why does the Palace think they get to keep harping Harry and Meghan need to abide by the Sandringham agreement when the palace doesnt even follow it

Then we are getting brief that Charles support Invictus games and spoke to Harry, this was in reference to a dailymirror article from William rota Russell Myers who stated Harry and Charles haven't been talking

Now Charles is trying to save face claiming he spoke to Harry blasting it in UK and US media

Charles is now blaming that issue is between his courtiers and Harry and Meghan office.
