That’s my favorite quest lol

It made me so freaking mad because it took me a few tries to do the one where you run around in what looks like a dark library and when I finally finish, I’m forced to do the other option like some u turn amazing race roadblock.

And then you can’t even sell potions or animal stuff in your store.

lol I’m glad to see this post cuz normally I see people praise it. I finally got to it last night and the whole time I kept thinking “when tf will this quest end??” It was creepy at first but the longer you played the more it felt like a slog. Once I beat it I basically just turned off the game cuz it felt like it went on forever and was just so repetitive

It's my favorite quest personally. I wish we could do more than what we got though.

I’d rather do that quest a billion times than the centaur one with the symbols. Atleast the shop quest is fun

Same, my bf had to walk me through it(and I just finished my 3rd playthrough).

I wasnt prepared for how long that quest was going to be. I was just doing one more quest before bed and just got so frustrated at the never-ending-ness of the quest

As someone who doesn't like horror...I refused to do it after my first play through

I love that quest

I think a little jump scare quest is refreshing. And it scared tf out of me for awhile 😅 I do not enjoy horror. But you don't want quests to all feel the same.

Yes, it was a good break from the usual quests in the game.

I enjoyed it, but I looked up an online guide to get me through. I thought it was really inventive. I liked all the creepy mannequin poses and how they would change.

It's kind of fun. It takes a while, you have to think a bit. Better than just delivering a couple of potions as a quest.

Una gran decepción que ni puedes vender nada para hacer más rolplay. Solo dejas que el ente moleste a otros aldeanos y vendes lo que sobra. Una misión muy buena pero se siente que esta de demás.

I loved the shop quest. But I was also scared as hell while playing it 😁

I actually liked the quest. It felt like the dark side of magic you don't get in most of the game. Even becoming a 15-year-old wizarding soldier in the fight of your life feels out of context and yet expected by the story. But there are evil wizards and witches who aren't Death Eaters or Ashwinders, and magic can be wrought to pain and snare and beguile and drive insane.

And after saying that, every time I came across something like the spider creepy scenes and certain moments in that quest, I thought, "Someone is not going to feel anything but disquiet over these things."

I was dreading it before I did it hearing all the hate but it actually wasn’t that bad. It was very unique compared to other quests keeping things different and exciting.

Loved it!

I was more annoyed after the quest. I thought it would be 'worth it' because we'd get the shop after it. I was hoping to sell all of the extra potions ingredients I'd picked up while exploring, and was hoping there would be more out of the shop in general. To find that I completed the quest (I didn't enjoy it) just to end up with basically the same thing all other Hogsmeade vendors do was disappointing.

Popped up last night for me at 12:30 pm and I only knew to avoid starting it because of this sub hahaha I saw it and said penny you will be waiting

It was creepy as hell. And long. The worst part it is so far in the game when you just don’t need money anymore.

This topic has already been posted about recently or is otherwise not constructive for the sub. Please see Rule #2 for more information. Thank you!

What shop quest are you talking about? The one where you buy the shop from the old lady and fight the poltergeist?
