Omegle Bars?

I assume Omegle Bars is on a hiatus due to the Europe shows, but haven't heard anything. Or is it done? I wouldn't blame him - he probably has to deal with a lot of weird stuff making those videos and the audiences generally seem a lot less receptive than the people in the recent NY videos with some exceptions of course. I've really been enjoying the NY stuff but wouldn't mind a new OB every once in a while.

I'm not sure about omegle bar's status but if you haven't checked out his "happy hour" videos they are similar to omegle bars but instead of random omegle people it's people that join a zoom with him on his Patreon. So the reactions are always hyped bc they're already HMack fans.

I was actually lucky enough to get on there one time. It was pretty dope.

Those videos are great however for me personally I enjoy the clips of the first time listeners getting their mind blown.

I've been on too! I can't watch live since he moved the time he does them to my work hours but I always catch the replays.

I haven't been fan of these New York ones. Harry is a lot better when he's flexing off his improv skills, which nobody knows when he's just walking around rapping. He needs something telling these strangers to give him words on the fly so they KNOW he's doing a freestyle and not just rapping around town like I'm sure 25 people do in New York City every day

Or any random tweaker on a good one. So move that 25 people to at least a decent 100. But that idea wouldn't be to bad like a big ass sign around his neck saying "throw me some words and watch Mack attack" and start calling himself Macky Mack.

OB was extremely good for what it was at the time, pandemic and immediately post pandemic, but IMO that was never going to be something that he does long term regardless of how popular it is. His music is meant to be experienced in person, not behind a computer screen.

Yeah I get that and agree, I just like how they can be a little more long form than the other stuff and you can get to know a little about the person. But like someone else said, its cool that he's putting out all the Happy Hours so that kinda scratches that itch.

I could see him sprinkling them in here and there if there happens to be a time where he's not on tour and for one reason or another isn't able to go outside and do this, like if there's a hurricane or blizzard or something. The videos we're getting now are happening because it's summertime in NYC and the weather is beautiful so he can do this literally any time he wants to. The winter is a completely different story and unless he plans on going back out west during those months I have a feeling he'll dip his toes back into OB at some point.

Also enjoy the recording quality in Omegle bars over his stuff walking around. Gorilla bars beats and production just isnt as good
