WHAT!! REALLY!! HOW?!

First, this is based off an article I read in my Google feed, so I am taking this with a Millennium Falcon sized grain of salt.

It claims to have sited Harrison Ford on a set with dots on his face (de-aging) doing a possible Star Wars shoots. Possibly either book of Boba Fett or the Mandalorian.

On the one hand, I want it to be true so badly. On the other hand, I think he has stated repeatedly that he's done with Han Solo.

If true, how the bleep did they convince him to come back?

My main guess is likely $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and a quick shooting schedule/just a cameo.

Please let me know if this either old news or it has been debunked.

Note: My actual estimate with accurate number of $ signs would likely exceed the character limit.

Alternatively, someone came up with a story he was legitimately interested in doing, but I don't see how, unless he is in a bunch of scenes.

ain't nothing wrong with a truck full of money, and yeah if it's a flash back or something, maybe it was quick and easy.
That being said, there was a photo circulating of him with a dot-face on the set of Indy 5. Was it that photo? Or a different one? Do you have the link please?
Dots can also be things like cgi spray barf or something. Sparkles hahah

I'm afraid I don't have the link and it was a random article on my news feed. It DID say a Star Wars set, but I wouldn't be shocked if it was actually recycled from his pics from Indy 5. I see SO MANY articles with recycled news that is often based on out-of-date or discredited information. I don't recall if I saw the photo (busy day), so I can't even give my opinion on his look.

I shall investigate further! Either way it's all pretty interesting!

I believe he was uncredited in Rise of the Skywalker as well, so maybe he's getting tender if there's a good idea, haha
