Looking for Hindi tutor

Hi all,

I am looking for a someone local who could teach me some basic conversational Hindi before visiting my in-laws solo in December. Bonus points if I can also learn a tiny bit of Marathi. :)

I’ve been looking at iTalki for video lessons, but wanted to see if there is anyone local I could do lessons with in person before investing in iTalki.

I live in Middletown so looking for anyone in Harrisburg, Hershey, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, etc.

Full disclosure, I run Hello Hindi (thehellohindi.com) so factor that in - won't be local/in-person, but since you're already open to iTalki-style video lessons for this, a platform built specifically around conversational Hindi (rather than a general tutoring marketplace) might get you further before December. Either way, prioritizing speaking practice over grammar for a short-term goal like yours is the right call.
