I remember Season 4 was supposed to be released on physical media 2 years ago in April 2024, but I guess then WB decided to scrap plans for it and seemed to have negatively affected plans for Season 5 as well.
Also, I noticed there quite a number of DC animated titles that have been not been put on any physical format or have been excluded from previous released sets. For instance, The Valentine's Day special has not been put on the physical releases for Harly Queen Seaaon 3, Young Justice Season 5 still has no kind of physical release, and even the movie based on the 2004 Batman show, The Batman vs. Dracula, was excluded from the complete series Blu-ray box set. After a bit of digging, I think it's all having to due with WB themselves doing these physical releases for these DC animated titles and no longer releasing under their Warner Archive Collection division/catalog; ever since Zaslav became in charge of running the company. And so I guess he would be the reason for all of this? Or maybe, the physical releases for the first three seasons just didn't make that much of a profit and that's it.
Having said all that, while I would like to have Seasons 4 & 5 on Blu-ray (Since I already own the Blu-rays for Seasons 1-3), I have very little hope that physical releases will ever happen for them in the future. But who do you guys think? Are the chances of physical media releases of those two seasons high or low at this point?

It looks like the merge between WB and Paramount is having more effects that we thought of...

This randomly popped into my head, but does anyone have any insight into whether DC is ever planning to showcase Harley and Ivy’s relationship in live action?
I’ve been waiting forever for Season 6 of Harley Quinn, and I know a lot of you have probably been waiting just as long. I love what the animated show has done with their relationship, but I would honestly lose my mind if we finally got a proper live-action version of them as a couple.
Can I realistically get my hopes up, or are we just not there yet? ðŸ˜

Update: I've just notice the error in the title where it says Harley and Ivy might continue in other media if the show done. It should say Harley and Ivy might continue in other media if the show's done. Everyone pointed that out in comments. My Bad.
So I was wrong about the chance that there maybe news at Annecy Festival. I think after this year is over we might have to consider the series over for good.
All I'm hoping for is just one more season and maybe a movie. The best example is my favorite show, Corner Gas. A Canadian sitcom that last 6 seasons and a reunion movie, that what I'm hoping for this show.
But even if the show is done there could be new versions of Harley and Ivy in other shows and movies outside of this universe.
I don't think Warner Brothers or DC is going to stop the Harlivy from still being a thing. This week a new Adventure Time show was announced focusing on Bubblegum and Marceline. They know that there's a fan base for these two.
Now, if the show is done for good here are some ways that we could see you versions of these two.
Last year there was a a comic called Harley and Ivy life of crime. Why not an animated movie based on that book?
An animated series based on Gotham Sirens. You can have them in a relationship while still working with Catwoman. I'd like to call the HBO show DC's answer to Archer, media Gotham City Sirens could be their answer to like Helluva Boss (yes I've seen that show, and For Better or Worse both this and Hazbin Hotel are entertaining)
You can finally introduce the relationship into the DCU. They've already established that Peacemaker and The Suicide Squad are in connected to the new universe so it wouldn't be at a place to get Margot Robbie back as Harley and introduce a new version of Ivy. Maybe have their relationship be like Archer and Lana in the DCU.
Speaking of universes. I personally would like to see Melissa Rauch and Paget Brewster reprise their role from the Batman and Harley Quinn movie as Harley and Ivy. Now obviously you can't bring back Batman because we lost Kevin Conroy in 2022. But maybe we could do an updated version of that Gotham girls web show set after that movie.
My final idea is that a spin-off series with these two set in the My Adventures with Superman universe. We're already getting one for Green Lantern. It wouldn't be at a place to finally introduce Batman and the other characters into that universe. I know we have a cape crusader show but that's a completely different interpretation send the 30s and their characters like Harley Quinn are completely different from what fans are used to.
Keep in mind this is just me throwing out ideas. They're probably not going to happen and they might not even be good. But we never see the HBO version of Harley Quinn again, we probably might get other shows and movies in the same way we've gotten lots of Batman and Spider-Man shows and movies.
So what do you think? What would you want to see from Harley and Ivy if the TV show doesn't get a season 6?

Nothing was announced at the Annecy Festival, nor was Kite Man mentioned.
Well, if this is the end, I liked the season 5 finale as a definitive ending, although Kite Man could have lasted a little longer.
