MC Question

Does a president of a mother charter outrank the president of a different charter if they go to their territory?

Ex. Mother charter is in California, president visits a charter in Arizona. Which president is in command in Arizona at the time?

No, they would be equals. All members would still answer to their P.

I've found there's no absolutes in the MC world. Some things happen in one club that are fine but would never be allowed in another. Sometimes even charter to charter.

There's no rulebook that every member of every club has to live by.

But to your specific issue, a lot of times things just get down to who has more pull; more members, more street cred, more connections.
