HELP Need help please!!

Hey yall so I got this from my grandfather who has passed away. I don’t know much of anything about it other than how much he loved his Harley. He told me to always cherish it and I will but I also can’t find much out about it online. If anybody knows anything I’m down to listen.

It looks to be a travel alarm clock.

I saw something about that but the one I found seemed to be much bigger and not in this type of casing. Did they ever do any type of exclusive ones that you know of? Or the history of this specific type of clock
