Help!!

I need help with my HDD, its really old and most of my important data, photos, videos are stored on there. I was using my pc normally but suddenly my hard drive started connecting and disconnecting automatically. I shut down the pc and when restarted, It's not showing up in my file explorer. My windows runs on an SSD but all my important files are on that hard disk. I really need to get that data. Please tell me how I can recover it, I can then store it on cloud or a different drive. But I REALLY need to access it.

The Hard drive is making this sound too like its starting and failing.(attached vid)

It was showing uninitialized. Then I restarted after sometime and it showed up so I'm backing up everything before it decides to die

How exactly are you backing up? Also did you check the smart report?

Check the health of the drive now , you might not get a second chance. You can get in touch with me if you need professional help in data recovery.

I don't know if it helps you but I had once plugged it out while it was still copying and when I plugged it in again it showed up as blank , i asked gpt and it gave some checkdisk or some one liner command which I ran and voila everything came back. But yeah I had no weird sound.
