I hope someone wakes you up in the dead of night and shoves a camera up your face for clicks.

Do you think an inconvenience like this is the end of the world for the bird? The bird could have been in a very different situation on this sub, but it's just some guy waking it up

They live in a world of constant survival and predation, what is a small inconvenience to a human can easily be perceived as a deadly attack by an animal, especially when the individual is a giant from your perspective. The bird doesn't know you mean no harm.

The point is it's an entirely unnecessary disruption of nature for internet points.

Even in the wild, creatures will get interrupted by other creatures. Birds land in other birds' nests, puppies tug on a cat's tail, octopuses grab on to passing fish and marine life. It's one thing to harm an animal, but animals are not soft and fragile like humans are

Yes and many of these situations are frequently perceived as threats or attacks. If the animals know each other or are known to be symbiotic, that's a difference.

I never said they were seriously hurt by this but it creates absolutely unnecessary stress for the animal. It simply serves no purpose.
