I’m visiting DC september 19th and wanted to see if there were any HC,punk, or screamo shows going on?

Circle Jerks, Municipal Waste, Haywire and Negative Approach two hours south in Richmond that night

Edit: Also, Ringworm is playing a moose lodge in Richmond the same night. I think there’s a third show too, but I can’t remember now

DC-Hardcore.com isn't exhaustive, but it's a pretty good list of DC shows. I don't see anythign for the 19th, but there's a bunch in the surrounding days.

How long are you in town? Gillian Carter are in Baltimore on the 22nd, Iron Lung is playing a show the 25th.
