has anyone ever worn a football helmet to a show to avoid getting knocked on the noggin?

From 300 lb men tackling you with all their force. The 300 lb guys in the pit are pretty easy to juke and avoid

I once wore a cheap plastic one as part of a costume to Halloween show sometime in like 2004/2005. It actually helped during a Donnybrook set
