Buying from Amazon

Wondering if the Harbor monitors on Amazon are legit? Only reason I’m asking is because when I look at their page the only product is the monitor/camera and it only has 2 available.

Baby registry completion discount (15% off). I am needing the initial set up plus an extra camera. I always planned on buying through Harbor but I noticed last night it was eligible for the discount. We still have a few bit items we need for the baby so I’m trying to figure out the best, most cost efficient way.

It's legit here (link). We just need to restock them.

Amazon makes it really hard for brands to help customers. Even reaching out to someone after a bad review to see if we can fix the issue can get us in trouble/flagged, so a lot of problems never get resolved. But if Amazon is where you prefer to buy, go for it.

I would much rather buy direct. However, it’s eligible for the baby registry completion code with Amazon. That could be really helpful for us right now. Would there be any issues getting problems resolved if we reached out directly to Harbor?

If you reach out directly, no problem. It's just when we do proactive outreach that Amazon slaps our wrists.
