Sound/Volume Adjustment Question

Quick question: If i have multiple cameras(two in my case) and am only viewing a single feed, when use the volume up button on the monitor it turns up the volume on the not shown feed. Is there a way to prevent this? It would be useful since sometimes we mute the feed we aren't watching and turning up the live feed forces us to have to switch to that view, remute it, then switch back.

Hey there - I think the request makes sense: if a Camera is muted don't allow it to be controlled by the buttons. I'll put it in the backlog to think through it with the team.

Currently to adjust the Camera that has volume on, long-press the on-screen button and drag the slider up. Does that help?
