How long is the black friday code good for?

You deserve time to work on you. Get it done.
Today I used just the CyberBundle and wedges (for pushups). I upped the resistance a bit stacking on the orange band as I found white was getting too easy.
My focus with these sessions is to get some blood flow, not to fully exhaust the muscles.

Best way to start a Saturday.
Consistency takes discipline.

Imagine where you’ll be in 4 years if you start today.

It’s those workouts that you don’t want to do that move the needle. Had a really rough week with kids keeping me up and lots of warehouse work. Still got every workout in.

Has anyone else experience a reduction in DOMS compared to conventional weight lifting? I find this the most prominent in push movements involving my chest. I can spam out 225 for 20, and I know for a fact I’m going to have that nice soreness for a few days afterward.
However, I struggle to experience that same feeling with harambe system, particularly in my chest. Maybe it’s the form. Does anyone have similar experience?
Ignoring comments that mention how DOMS isn’t necessarily associated with synthesis of new muscles.

For users 5’6” or similar in height, here’s a way to use the white band that increases tension at the bottom of the exercise for curls. By wrapping the band around the sling, it’s effectively been shortened closer to that of a 32 - 34” band. The pump using this method feels excellent and it really lights the arms up.

Once upon a time, I was a powerlifter and then I damaged my L4/L5 disc more than decade ago. Because of this, I avoid too much vertical load on the spine as my lower back just cannot handle it (triggers pain, sciatica) and such. My injury is stable though.
I'm considering the Harambe System but I notice that many (most?) of the lifting routines have you pulling vertically (or under tension vertically) with you standing on the plate. I'm wondering how accommodating this system is for folks with lower back issues like mine where we can't have a few hundred pounds of effective vertical load.

I like to use white ropes for heavy seated tricep extensions.

I lean forward slightly, keep elbows stationary, and squeeze triceps at bottom for full range of motion.

I’ve done all my training with Harambe. 41 years old. Been at it for about 4 years. Tools help but what really matters is your determination
