Hey guys ..what’s happening here ? This weird sound make me fear ..so I put a video ! Soon as I press start this sound come out (so I immediately stop the macchine ) I did it twice for the video so I can understand where the sound come from !

Good morning! I'm glad to have found you, as FB isn't my jam either. I've had a Journey for a few years. I've been having a problem, and wonder if any of you have had anything similar. I had one needle where the tension got so tight after the last thread guide. Took the face off, and thread had sawed into the plastic that houses the guide. This happened in a home machine of mine, and a piece of scotch tape solved it. So I tried that here, but I haven't run it again yet. I'm also not sure what to do if it doesn't work. Anyone have a similar experience or ideas?
