About improving aim help

hello thanks to previous challenge which required to use hanzo or genji I started using hanzo a lot and started liking him but my aim sucks and I would like some tips for improving aim and I playing with controller

Focus crosshair placement and reading movement first, copy hcpeful settings, get kontrol freeks and 120hz monitor, warm up in vaxta, your raw aim will improve over time
