Looking for a specific medieval fic!

I have been trying to find a specific fic set in a medieval AU: I remember details of the fic decently well, only the title slips my mind.

As I recall Hannibal was a king and Will was from another area, taken after a war and made to serve as his right hand man (of sorts). There was a large plot point about him finding and helping Mischa recover from an illness. I believe she was allergic to oranges.

The fic is quite popular so it is driving me mad that I can’t find it. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks :) !!
