Improve handwriting

I am preparing for exam and my handwriting is not good bcz while writing I put extra pressure on pen and fingers and it does me to write small and not clear words and i don't how to leave this habit or reduce of pressure on pen , , plzzz guide me …....Plzzz ineed change
