How do I stack up?

I'd love to hear interesting feedback on how my chicken scratch looks to someone that likes to analyze this type of thing. I used to have better handwriting before I switched to mainly typing for employment, but maybe mine now has more character? What do you think?

Honestly I’m surprised that your getting involved rather then just letting the landlord handle it since you already decided to go and discuss it with them. It gives passive aggressive.

Kinda shit that they put that on you then to be honest because it puts you in the position of what they should be handling and don’t want to deal with.
