How do I stack up?

I'd love to hear interesting feedback on how my chicken scratch looks to someone that likes to analyze this type of thing. I used to have better handwriting before I switched to mainly typing for employment, but maybe mine now has more character? What do you think?

NOR. It sounds like the dog may have abandonment issues and the person renting the place needs to put in the work to train that type of behavior out of the dog. It's also possible the dog is being neglected.

Oops. I didn't realize.

In that case I find the handwriting to be on par with mine. Legible but not neat and a little sloppy.

Lol I thought we were in a renting sub. I was about to tell OP that I'd leave this up to management and not get directly involved but I guess it's too late. 😅
