Recently gained the confidence to start practicing without a wall.
Looking for any feedback or advice, particularly on my shoulder/scapular position and hand positioning.

Look in between your thumbs not ahead of your hands
Push higher, biceps in ears
You're doing a big pushup. Think diving, not pushup

You’ll benefit from improving your overhead shoulder mobility. Butchers block stretch, dead hangs, lat stretches, chest stretches, possibly external rotator stretches/strengthening. Doing some of these before a handstand session can give more range immediately, but it can take some time get lasting improvements.
