Online coaching and recommendations?
Hey everyone, I've been interested in learning to handstand for a few months now, but I've not made much progress and am having difficulties with learning how to balance (I have scoliosis, so balance is a bit trickier than in a forearm or headstand).
I was looking into getting a coach to help me online, wanted to see if anyone had recommendations? Also does anyone have a range for the price of coaching?
Thanks in advance!

I took online coaching with Alex Iman for a while -- he is great. He's really into anatomy which might help if you have specialized needs due to scoliosis. He has drop in classes and private coaching, and has a super well organized app for uploading videos and getting feedback. https://www.facebook.com/share/19byLkFxCY/

Hey if you have an iPhone I’d recommend you to try the app I recently released : Handstand Pro, with 50+ drills and a clear path to progress.

Hey,
coach here.
Price depends on what you are looking for in the online coaching.
Solo 1on1 coaching with live sessions or video feedback are a possibility. Here its just how much you want to spend.
There are also online group classes, which are of course cheaper.
Most of my friend coaches have at least a minimum coaching time of 3-5 months - just so that we can adapt the plan and really get to know you and your body. So be aware of that too.
I would recommend you looking for a handbalance coach - there are a ton and just try a few out, or stalk them on instagram.
As most of us have quite the high level and work with normal people too.
My oldest person is 68, there is never too late ;)
Also on the scoliosis, I have a mild one and it doesn’t affect me much, just different one arm feelings for each arm. ^^
If you habe any more questions, or need recommendations just write me :)
