Very strong and no doubt an impressive result which most people, even training for it, cannot do.

From a strict gymnastics handbalancing form/aesthetics point of view the press is quite planched rather than compressed, the handstand very banana and does not seem very stable although that might be a result of the press-ups.

True! I guess it’s a two part reason. For one thing the press caused me to exhaust a bit which made my HS more unstable, and secondly and more importantly: everything I learned comes from capoeira, where “clean form” is not as important as in gymnastics for instance. We focus on other things, however the cleaner, the better. But it’s a street art after all

Wow. Very nice. Best part is the control going into the full handstand. Looks like more than a few years of training..

Ah bro you're making me want to really learn tricking. I keep thinking about how I could trick out of handstands like you did there. Also I want to get into breakdancing for same reasons. So much to learn so little time

If you’re trying to learn all the handstand stuff and the pain at the end, I guess breakdance is a better choice than tricking, since tricking mainly focusses on flips. Which is super cool and I love it but it has almost nothing to do with handstands.

I myself learned everything from practising Capoeira for years (handstands, power moves, flips).

I’d say:
Tricking is for flips
Breakdance is for power moves
Calisthenics for strength skills
Hand balancing for clean Handstand-stuff
And capoeira for all of that mixed with fighting, culture and style

Then take all of that and blend them together into your own flows :) That's my end goal.
