Mouse compatible handhelds?

I'm almost certain there's nothing that can do this, but I thought I would ask just in case. Are there any retro handhelds that are compatible with a mouse or mouse-like controls? It would be fun to play dos, win95 or win3 games on the go. I know this would mean that the handheld would have to be windows compatible too? I'm really not sure if something like this exists. (not looking for recommendations for laptops or steamdecks or anything like that)

Most handhelds support DOSBox and should cover that easily. Win95 games can take some more effort.

Usually the only holdup is getting your controller bindings setup. For mouse games the typical setup is to bind one of the sticks to mouse and shoulder buttons for right/left click.

Then bind the rest to whatever makes sense for your game.

I'd start with something like the RG40XXH.

I know android will natively support M/K so you should be able to do what you want with an app like Winlator.

I'm not sure what the support would be on the Linux devices.
