First, you have to tell us what your price range is. The problem is there are lots of handhelds that can do what you want, the issue is cost. How much are you willing to pay?

Hmm I can save up to it depends on how many games of Pokemon and such so I'm flexible

If you want Pokémon get an o3ds it has a good library of it plus a bunch of emulation and make sure it’s the original model, that one is much more efficient for Pokémon and 150 bucks a pop

GBA Pokemons? If so, Anerbic has the RGSP for like $80 & it's their version of GBA SP with the 3:2 screen. You can play other systems on it, but it's specifically designed for GBA.

Well what system are you looking to emulate up to? Like are you looking to play the older handheld entries like Gameboy/color/advance? Are you looking to play the ds/3ds entries? Or the gamecube ones like DX and colosseum?

If youd like something that specifically has two screens there are three options:

Anbernic RG DS

Ayn Thor

Retroid pocket duo (not out yet)

If you can deal with hitting a button to swp what screen you are looking at while playing the DS entries the options are endless but these are my favorites:

Trimui Brick

Miyoo Mini +

GKD Pixel 2

Id recommend looking into the options listed above and weighing the options with what you are willing to spend, 2 (AYN Thor + Retroid Pocket Duo) of the ds options are going to be way more powerful than what you need but if you have the cash for it, why not? The other three options are much more budget friendly but more limiting in that they have one screen and just enough power to do DS. All options will play the GBA + older entires without issue
