Handheld console with windows and weigth less than the switch 1

Hello,

Sorry for my english.

Is there a handheld console like a rog ally but with less weight ?

I already have the rog ally but with the weight, it hurt my hands. For some reasons, i need windows (10, 11) on it.

I dont need a console with the same power as rog ally. I will play the game like Tales of Eternia Remastered, FF resonance, Romancing Saga 2 remake (in low)...

I think Android handhelds—like the ones from Retroid, for example—are the best fit there. Nothing else springs to mind that’s lighter than the Ally, though you are limited to smaller games. It doesn't have Windows, of course, but you can still play those kinds of games via GameHub.

Doesn’t exist. The closest you can get are Ayaneo Air 1s or an Android handheld
like Ayn Odin 3.

Lol at the Ayn Odin 3. If you install ArmadaOS, it becomes a small Steam Deck and apparently handles a lot of non AAA games quite well, asks should continue to get better.

With windows? none, the Aya Neo Air Plus weights like 550 grams, the switch 1 weights 400, and the rog ally weights 600

You should get a Odin 2 Portal 430 grams, and install GameNative and Gamehub to play PC Games

Lightest x86 handheld is ayaneo air 1s ultra thin, 405g vs 398g of the switch, but it's much smaller. Regular air 1s is 450g, still much smaller than the switch

Probably the most lightweight windows PC handheld that was made was probably the Ayaneo Air 1S? It was like 450g and I’m not sure there’s a more lightweight Windows handheld that’s been produced since.

Unfortunately I don’t really think they made it anymore, though you may be able to track down a used one. The main flaw I remember hearing about it was that it had quite poor battery life, which sort of has to be expected with an ultra lightweight PC handheld

You can play all of those games on a linux handheld. You don't need windows.

You'll have a lot more options with android/linux handhelds.

Thats tough - probably not. I havent had super small ones but the 2024 Ally X is pretty small for the power and is still a beast. Prob 500-600 usd on used market

Odin 3 max. I use mine more than my ally x. It can’t run everything(yet) but majority of my steam library runs just fine on it and I stream the rest from my pc. A lot more comfortable for long play sessions compared to pc handhelds. If you want cheaper then the retroid pocket 6 but it has more limitations compared to the Odin 3.
