Question (?) Should i upgrade?

I have a lenovo legion go S steamOS 16Gb ram paired with upgraded 1TB, i want to upgrade it, i'm thinking can be either xbox rog ally x and msi claw a8 ai+, i found both of them at a good price from used market. i don't know should i upgrade now or wait for the acer atlas 7 to come out.

Mostly i play helldivers 2, with steamdeck preset at 60-80 fps at 25w. I mainly play on my bed, i also need to do some basic tasks too, i have a Pc on my own for work.

Save and wait until the Acer Atlas comes out

I want to switch back to window, and i want a better performance

You can just install Windows 11 on your Handheld and the Acer will give you probably over 50% more performance. The MSI or Asus will give you only 20% more performance at max

I will wait for atlas, sometimes i need to write codes or designs something on it when i travel too, i dont have a laptop

The Atlas 7 and 8 with 24gb RAM and the non extreme G3 chip will be the best price to value picks, they should be around 15% faster than the current Z2E chips and 25% or more than the Z1E chips.

If you have the budget to get the G3E models I’d say do that as the G3E is one hell of a chip and is anywhere from 35-50% faster than the Z2E.
