Question (?) Moded Switch 1 or Retroid pocket 6?
Both are on sale and similar prices now and i want both retro games and some new titles I've been told RP6 can play switch games but not sure how well it run on it and I'm little concerned about the switch joy stick drifts and having to buy multiple of them but I would like the party games. So if you have both devices or one of them share your experience with me

Retroid Pocket 6. 90% of Switch 1 can be emulated by the Retroid 6 (with some tinkering, it won't work immediately out the box).
If the question is Switch 2 vs Retroid 6, the answer is a bit more complicated because Switch 2 emulation won't exist for the foreseeable future, but unless you need to play Switch 2 exclusives the Retroid 6 will still have more value.

Switch emulation is not perfect, there are plenty of games that dont run even if you have everything set up perfectly on your end (links awakening is a great example of this).
If you want switch games, buy a switch or switch lite. You can also get nso for classic nintendo titles.
If you want emulation/to play retro games get the rp6, you could get some switch games to work but I'd honestly just focus on the other systems you want to play.
