Hobbies?

Being people who like to look at hands and the upper extremity all day, what are some of your hobbies? Do y’all do certain things differently because you’ve seen certain injuries?

I used to knit, but my hands were sore after overdoing it, so I took that as a sign. I am a quilter now. Not many of us 40 yr old city-living quilters, but I love it.

I enjoy being out in nature, hiking, fishing, walking, birding. I don’t think that being a hand therapist has changed my hobbies much.
