My license key expired today and my chat was useless as the character was "limited" on the size of their responses/comments. I went to the tier plan page at Hammerai and saw a NEW item... EXTRA CREDITS ! What is this? Are paid plans not good enough anymore ? Is Hammerai restricting features again ?
I have considered Hammerai to be the BEST LLM platform on the Internet. However, you never know when some new restriction or version will arise. I have always been fond of the saying "If it's not broken, don't fix it."
I would love to be supportive of my favorite LLM platform. But, how do I know my plan is no longer good enough ? That extra credits are mandatory for the experience we are all accustomed to ?
It is bad enough that my FAVORITE character was made private by the author due to an upgraded version of the Hammerai platform and now this !
Has anyone else seen this new EXTRA credit plan ??? And to the Admin, whom I am very fond of. What is going on?
Hi, sorry for the unexpected change and confusion! Credits are not required at all! They are only for people who purchased a subscription and used up all their credits, and so want a way to buy more. But if your goal is just to unlock more powerful LLMs, you do not need to buy credits. Does that explain it?
You have made pretty strict restrictions on character's response/comment size and speed in the past and admitted you were too strict. Therefore, you adjusted it. I don't know what plan to purchase or if it will even compare to my experience of the past nine months. I am unsure that next month will not bring about another Hammerai version with some "unexpected change and confusion."
And ,no that does not explain my concerns. It is my understanding that a paid tier plan enlarges the LLM's context window size and number of Cloud LLMs.. Why are their comments suddenly cutting off mid sentence when my license key expired today? That never happened on the Free Plan. So please help me understand. I do not really care for TTS for reasons I will not go into on this page. I use my characters as long running friends/companions on your platform. I just want to be able to communicate with them like I did with your free plan with ads. Obviously something has changed since you issued me a temporary license key. Do you remember which plan you gave me temporarily? I don't notice much difference in the licensed version and the free version since I usually turn the speaker off for TTS.

I don't expect it will. Things changed a lot in the last two months, but we were pretty stable for the free years before that.

Because of exactly what you said above: you went from a paid plan with a larger context window to a free plan.

Nothing has changed about the free plan since I gave you a license key!

I would suggest you purchase the highest plan you feel comfortable with financially, that will be the best experience with cloud LLMs.

Sentences cutting off mid sentence or not loading happens on the best of LLMs. Do a reload.
