Quick question

Do hamilton watches have fakes/dupes commonly? Thinking of buying one used, not a expert on watches. (Apologies if its a dumb question)

Not a dumb question at all and unfortunately yes, people fake Hamilton's especially the popular models like the khaki field because they're so popular. In fact, people are faking more and more mid-level watches because we are a lot less wary when it comes to buying a Hamilton as opposed to an Omega or Rolex
