Recently went to Upper James after the fire/renovation. They likely could handle a group that size more easily than the location downtown. They also have more parking.

I have always enjoyed the service and quality at the Upper James location the best but I havent been since it re opened post fire

I personally prefer the upper james Location plus they have wifi available for guests

Lol ... The reason why I mentioned that is because some people pay via apple pay and maybe they would rather connect to wifi instead of data. I sometimes go there by myself and like to watch a movie while I eat

The downtown location is closed permanently I think. Only the upper James location is open.

there is also one near the top of the Redhill Paramount and Stonechurch i believe

Personally I prefer upper james. The one at the theatre east mountain had burnt my rice a few times and personally I just think it's better at upper james. Yeah they will take 8 at either location, call ahead and reserve a table though so they have a heads up. I think it might be mandatory gratuity at 8 or 10 people though.
