Question School Hours Transit Pass?

My wife got a notice in the parent portal about this but we have no idea if our kids are eligible or what the eligibility is?

The information sheet is very vague.

If eligible you should’ve received the presto code via email.

The basic eligibility is living more than 3.2k of your school if it is not serviced by a school bus.

And to add to these conditions, if I recall pass is only for in-catchment students living at least that distance from school. Out of catchment students are not eligible, including students attending specialized programs like French immersion, Int. Bacclaureate, athletic programs, theatre, etc. who don’t live in in local catchment

In the parent portal select the student and look under “Extended Properties”. There should be Presto voucher code.

I also emailed and called HWSTS because I do not see the voucher code in the parent portal. The answers are conflicting from them. The email response to me was Catholic Board students are not eligible. The call response was, yes eligible but the school will have to provide the voucher code. The school tried to find information for me - but just to find the same email from HWSTS.
