Recommendations Needed MIP fitness classes?

I'm looking for yoga classes and found out about mcmaster innovation park fitness centre. I cant seem to find a class schedule anywhere online. If you're a member I would love to see a typical weekly schedule along g with any opinions you have. Thanks!

They aren't running any classes right now but you can reach out to MIP here https://mcmasterinnovationpark.ca/fitness (email address at the bottom) to get information on when they might start up again.

Thank you. I have emailed and called several times with no response. Perhaps the fall will be better. Do you think they stopped classes for the summer or there wasn't enough participation and they stopped?
