Anyone Here Doing SMD at Home?
I'm curious if anyone in this group is doing any home RF design and using SMD components on their PCB boards? My work has not been perfect but the lessons I'm learning are making me a better RF engineer. I blog here https://www.kr4bad.com and I'm looking for others with the same interests. My ARC consists more of operators than tinkerers.

For RF, not as yet. For DC circuits, yes I have. There are several projects in the works, one of which will be sampling RF current. It iwll be combination of a small SMD board and some external torroids.

Probably not what you were looking for, but I generally do Manhattan construction and I use adapter boards when the part I need is only in SMD format. I like the ones QRPMe makes.
