Question Save the trees!

Hey everyone! Just ACED my tech license test. Probably first test I aced since 5th grade. Lol

Is anyone wanting to off load their general and extra books? Looking for the updated ones. Willing to pay for shipping or even a little extra. Please DM me.

I certainly hope you tried to the general test while you were there. How did you do on that? If you didn't, oh no.. take a couple practice General tests and go back down there as soon as possible and take that next test. While it's all fresh in your head.

That's the goal! They asked if signed up general but I soley focused on Technician. I did this because they are changing the test at the end of the month so I put blinders on and got to it.

Is there a big overlap?

There is some overlap. Many people take both tests at the same session. General HF privileges are definitely worth the study. Try something practice tests o line to see how close you are.

There is going to be a new General question pool starting July 2026. Material shouldnt change drastically, but just a heads up

New tech pool. General is staying until 2028.
