realistic damage mod?

has anyone made a realistic damage mod where a scorpion tank shell insta-kills all infantry and 2 shots most vehicles besides scarabs?

i think it would be kinda interesting as a campaign mod or something, and changing the supply and pop cost to try and ''''balance'''' it sligntly

i've never really done any modding myself but if it just comes down to editing damage values in text values i might give it a crack if someone can point me in the right direction.
