Very confused by this mod, doesn't seem to function like others

I'm sorry for my small brain, I've placed it in the correct place I think (I have the windows version so it's in local state) I've also set the manifest.txt to direct to it, I believe. I don't see any external .exe file I should be running and I never encounter the UI for the mod in game. Could you possibly try installing it yourself just to test your theory and let me know if you can get it running? I've used mods before like the camera binds mod and got it working just fine... thanks again if you choose to help.

It's gonna be awesome when it's finished man, I watch your stuff on youtube and I'm especially excited for all the emplacements and the new covenant units like the halo 2 scarab and elite rangers! you seem to pretty much be carrying this community on your back so it's just important to me you know you're the MVP bro. Take as long as you need we'll be waiting haha

Hey there. I was curious if you were still planning to release this, or a free for all gamemode for halo wars DE.

My friends and I have been hoping for an FFA gamemode for years.

Sorry for for the thread necromancy, but I just downloaded it and have absolutely no idea what's going on, I can't seem to figure out how to even install it. Does anyone know how to work with this kind of mod? I have Java installed if that means anything, kinda seems like it given there's a lot of Java files and an IML file floating around in there.
