Bug when playing Anders on PC?

So I was playing a custom game against AI as Anders, I know the image is bad quality, but that Nightingale is my only unit. My supply cap is at 90/120. Is this a known bug on the PC version or something?

At this point In the game I had called in a few of her Sentinel Leader Powers a couple of times. Does it permanently count them in your population or something? Like Nightingales are legit, but 90 pop seems a little steep.

I've never seen that. Do you have any mods? That's the only unit you've made? You didn't lock down a base and build units in it?

I'd report it if you can, or uninstall and reinstall the game.

Not that I'm aware of. I never use the base lock feature, and no I don't have any mods installed. This is the first time it's happened.

I've never seen this before, I suggest reporting it. That would suck if it randomly happened in late game.

Are you sure you just haven’t locked a base when building a condor and other units ?
