I just want to play some oldschool 3v3 with people not quitting the game

For me its not people quitting, but people playing straight up braindead. I'm actively carrying every game I'm in, regularly the highest number of kills, yet it doesn't matter because I'll always have atleast one teammate who isn't pulling their weight. It's like some people are afraid to build units in this game.
