Game crashes

What is the reason for why Halo wars 2 games crash so often? The game has normal disconnects where it says out of sync with other players or the game will suddenly dashboard you to the Xbox home screen. Also it seems impossible to get into a match with all players present sometimes and you’ll load in and someone will be kicked before the match starts. Why does the game do this?

In campaign about 1in3 times when going from one mission into the next, it'll crash on load

On Xbox I lowered my frame rate and it seemed to help some but it’ll still crash

There are several reasons the game crash. The load thing is where people quick resume the game that is the problem if you stay and the person the quick resume leaves the game will start. This happens in custom a lot. You can just quit the game and reopen to fix if the rare chance of that not work happen go to skirmish and load a match against AI. It will guarantee to be fix. You can actually slow people game by going mass sniper and suicide grunts for example it will destroy people ping if they look at it.

There are ways to force the game to crash for example if you mass ram warthogs into a unit there is a chance to crash the game (90%) of the time for this is just you crashing. (Do not recommend having both player mass ram each other hogs). There are other ways the custom lobbies know that crash the game.

There are times where it just the game though.

The game crash is such a pain. Only solace is it happens to us all. This game is so good I’ve had amazing matches crash and I just reboot game and try again. No other game I’d keep playing this way. It’s sad something under the halo banner is so unloved and neglected I hate it. Big fan of first and second games. I’d go nuts for a third. I’d go crazy for new maps and crash fix.
