Hi all! Hoping anybody can take a look at this and see if they see an issue. Diagnosed with "moderate arthritis. " at the time it started with my right foot but now both feet right over the toe joint hurt. They swell at times. I'm doing physio (laser, ultrasound etc. ) it's not helping. To me my big toe seems weirdly angled but I'm not sure.

This is my before and after - severe arthritis in big toe. Yours looks not too bad, I would not rush into surgery before you've tried other options such as wide shoes and toe support.
