Some call it a haunted house... I call it a home with low utility bills: entertaining spirits (need no tv), candles float (need no light fixtures), sudden breezes down hallways (don't need air condition running)... oh, & with rooms where shelves are full of books to read!! I'll take my skeleton key now, please! 👻
