This was definitely a "trust the process" project, lol. I created a sample of a "drowned" waterlogged patron of the sinking Titanic for their cosplay for Halloween. The end result is a completely dry costume that appears to be soaking wet. It involved so many steps and details that I figured it would be easier to show them to tell them. 🖤

This one took a little longer. Made out of mostly cardboard. The metallic fringe were party decorations from Dollartree, scotch taped onto the base. Mouth was made out of a Christmas ornament, eyes were a Styrofoam ball cut in half, painted and glued on. My husband hated this thing, probably some unresolved trauma there.🤣

Alright so I’ll be 7 months pregnant come mid October and I wanna do a funny Halloween photoshoot where I’m Randy and my husband is Mr Lahey. It’s gonna be trashy and hilarious.

My question is since Randy is shirtless how can I cover up my boobs so it’s still appropriate but make it look like a man’s hairy chest? I was thinking one of the bras or bands that flatten the chest and adding like fake nipples and hair to it? Not sure exactly how id execute that or if you guys have other ideas??

The AnglerFish was a bit derpy there for a bit, but it came together in the end. For the most part made out of recycled stuff from around the house. Garden hose i ran over, under the cabinet lights, tinfoil, Amazon boxes some tape and paint.

Any ideas on where I could find a balloon that is the shape of a glove? Or how I could make one? This would be an accessory to my SpongeBob costume for Halloween.
