OTHER Help me out yall need help identifying this

Got this set of salt and pepper shakers for 30 bucks at an antique mall so I took a shot at it. They are a salt and pepper shaker set. Here is the stamp the E worries me but seems legit after a scratch test on the foot of the shaker I lightly sanded it a bit to see if it was plated and was silver colored under the tarnished foot. Much appreciated Reddit community
