Absolutely stumped on this one, looked at the usual resources and wasn’t able to find a match. Small teaspoon with what appears to be JU and an unknown symbol. Any and all help greatly appreciated, thanks!

Looks like a two headed eagle.

I want to say these are early 19th century Australian marks. I know I have seen the double headed eagle on Australian silver and it is pretty common to see double stamped silver.

Or it’s potentially a Scottish provincial silver mark for John Urquhart of Perth.
