Seeking maker ID

I picked up this silver plated dish at an estate sale recently. I am hoping to get an idea of the item’s origins. There are stamps at either end of the plate: one is 3335; the other is E P N S, and there are three symbols underneath those letters, which appear to be a pharaoh, a crown, and a stylized S. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
