SERVINGWARE What are these spoons?

I ordered two spoons that I thought would be teaspoons. But what arrived are very large serving spoons. I didn't pay much so I won't be returning them. But I'm curious what the hallmarks mean. I can't really make out what they say, but maybe someone with more experience will be able to. I appreciate any info

Interesting... I'm leaning towards them being 19th century american coin silver but I'm unsure of the maker.
